Appointments are intentionally limited to ensure each client receives dedicated time and attention. From meticulous preparation to curated details throughout the visit, every element is designed to help you slow down and feel taken care of.
CANCELLATION POLICY
New Client Reservation Deposit A $75 reservation deposit is required to confirm all first-time appointments. This deposit is applied toward the total service cost and allows dedicated time to be intentionally reserved for your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Due to the customized nature of services, 48 hours’ notice is kindly requested for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments adjusted outside of this window will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit. Late Arrivals To maintain a calm, timely experience for all clients, appointments may need to be adjusted or rescheduled if arrival is more than 10 minutes late. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled on the day of service or missed without notice will be charged the full service amount, as this time cannot be rebooked. Failure to arrive without notice may also require approval for future bookings.
